Just as I have often loved my role and enjoyed my successes, I have also reached my limits with my ideas and their implementation. I learned a lot in such moments. Today, I have a comprehensive understanding of the complexity and multidimensionality of the demands of the management role, and I have practical answers for dealing with this challenging task.
