Since our founding in 1995 by three partners, we are now available to you as a six-member partnership. For comprehensive projects, we draw on a network of colleagues who are committed to the same professional standards. We attach great importance to the permanent expansion of our qualifications: through our own further training, professional exchange, consistent knowledge management and our own process reflection.

In addition to many years of rich experience, we offer you our commitment characterized by practical relevance and methodological diversity. In doing so, we draw on Gestalt theory, a systemic approach, group dynamics and the diversity management approach.
